1. Hardware Overview
a. Parts of the SANWEAR-GT
- Ear Tips: Available in different sizes for optimal fit and comfort.
- Microphone: Built-in for calls and voice commands.

- Charging Pads: Magnetic pads for easy and efficient charging.
2. Set Up Your SANWEAR-GT
a. Power on the device
- Take the earbuds out of the case by pulling on the magnetic buds from the sides of the case.
b. Get connected (SANSYNC Mode)
i) SANSYNC Case Connection, with Cable (Optimal for Gaming and High-Quality Listening)
- Directly connect your SANWEAR-GT case to your intended device using any cable compatible with USB-C.
- Take the earbuds out of the case by pulling on the magnetic buds from the sides of the case to enter pairing mode.
- Ensure SANWEAR-GT is in SANSYNC mode:
- If it is in Bluetooth mode, tap the touch side of either earbud three times.
- Listen using SANSYNC.
ii) SANSYNC Dongle Connection
- Plug the small USB-C dongle into your intended device.
- Take the earbuds out of the case by pulling on the magnetic buds from the sides of the case to enter pairing mode.
- Ensure SANWEAR-GT is in SANSYNC mode:
- If it is in Bluetooth mode, tap the touch side of either earbud three times.
- Listen using SANSYNC.
c. Get connected (Bluetooth Mode)
i) Bluetooth Mode
- Power on units by taking them out of the case, or by pushing the triangular pair button on the back of the charging case.
- Turn Bluetooth "on" for your intended device.
- Select "SANWEAR-GT" on your device to pair.
- Listen using Bluetooth.
ii) Auto-Switching to Bluetooth
- If no device connection is detected between the SANWEAR-GT case and another device, SANSYNC will turn off, and SANWEAR-GT will automatically enter Bluetooth mode.
- To manually switch to Bluetooth mode, tap three times on either earbud.
3. Discover the Basics
a. Using SANWEAR-GT in SANSYNC Mode

Volume Up: Tap twice on the right side to increase the volume by one step.
- A short tone will sound when the device reaches maximum volume.
- Volume Down: Tap twice on the left side to decrease the volume by one step.
- Mute/Unmute: Short hold either side to mute or unmute the microphone.
- Game Mode On/Off (SANSYNC Low Latency Mode): This is the default mode optimized for SANWEAR-GT. Tap three times on either side to switch between SANSYNC (Ultra Low Latency) mode and Bluetooth mode. A pulse sound will play to confirm the mode switch.
- More gestures can be unlocked and all gestures can be customized in SOUNDSCAPE (Mobile app).
b. Using SANWEAR-GT in Bluetooth Mode
- Volume Up: Tap, then tap and hold on the right side.
- Volume Down: Tap, then tap and hold on the left side.
- Pause/Play: Tap once to pause or play your audio.
- Answer a Call: Short hold on either side.
- Decline a Call: Long hold on either side.
- More gestures can be unlocked and all gestures can be customized in SOUNDSCAPE (Mobile app).
c. Charge
- Connect to any USB-C power adapter.

a. Using the SOUNDSCAPE™ App

a. Hearing Safety
Protect your ears. Avoid listening at high volumes for extended periods. If symptoms like ringing in the ears occur, reduce volume or take a break.
