1. What does the two-year SANWEAR™ warranty cover?
Each device is backed by a two-year manufacturer’s warranty, ensuring quality and reliability. If the product arrives with a defect or develops a mechanical issue not caused by user error, we will replace the part for up to two years. To request a warranty replacement, please describe how the damage occurred and send a picture or video of the damage. If the damage was caused by user error or destruction, we may offer a courtesy discount towards a new unit.
