1. What does the one-year SANWEAR™ warranty cover?
Every SANWEAR™ device is backed by a one-year manufacturer’s warranty, designed to ensure product quality and long-term reliability.
What is covered
The warranty applies to:
- Manufacturing defects
- Mechanical or hardware failures not caused by user action
- Issues that occur under normal use conditions
If your device develops a qualifying issue within the two-year period, we will review the case and, if approved, arrange a replacement of the affected part or unit.
What is NOT covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage (drops, water exposure, misuse)
- Loss or theft
- Damage caused by improper use or handling
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
How to request a warranty claim
To help us assess your request as quickly as possible, please provide:
- A clear description of the issue
- How the issue occurred
- Your order number
- Photo or video showing the problem
