A proper seal changes everything: bass, detail, imaging, and stability.
A. Ear Tip Fitting
How to find your perfect fit:
- Start with 11mm tips (pre-installed).
- Insert until the earbud seals in your ear canal.
- Twist gently into your ear, positioning the rubber sport hook into the upper fold of your outer ear (known as your ‘ear conch’)
- Play a track you know well.
If the sound is thin / no bass: Go bigger (try 12mm).
If it hurts or feels pressured quickly: Go smaller (try 10mm or 9mm).
Fast seal check:
- If bass increases when you press the earbud inward, then you’re not sealed properly. Try a larger tip.
If earbud loosens when talking/smiling, then the tip is too small.

B. Sport Hook Fitting
Use hooks for workouts, long sessions, or maximum stability.
How to attach:
- Select correct side (L/R marked on hooks).
- Line up the “puzzle piece” shape so it locks into place on the earbud.
- Insert earbud first with your chosen ear tip.
- Twist gently into your ear, positioning the rubber sport hook into the upper fold of your outer ear (known as your ‘ear conch’)
Shake your head: If they fall out, size up the hook.
If it feels too big: Size down.
Available hook sizes: 18mm, 22mm, 26mm (pre-installed)
