There are no mic sliders/toggles in the app yet. The mic learning improves automatically over time.

Firmware Updates & HARDWIRE-OS
HARDWIRE receives ongoing firmware updates through the Soundscape app. Updates may include:
- Audio performance improvements
- Device compatibility enhancements
- New features and controls
- Stability improvements
- Bug fixes
- Future platform functionality
To check for updates:
- Open the Soundscape app.
- Connect HARDWIRE.
- Select Firmware Update.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
Firmware release notes, feature updates, improvements, and system changes are published on the SAN Sound website. We recommend checking the latest HARDWIRE blog posts for the most current update information and release announcements.

If Soundscape isn’t finding HARDWIRE
- Confirm Soundscape is updated
- Confirm your phone’s Bluetooth is ON (can be required for discovery/handshake)
- Unplug HARDWIRE → plug back in
