Overview
SAN Connect gives creators, community members, reviewers, influencers, and customers two ways to share SAN Sound:
- SAN Keys — a permanent personalized link that provides perks to the people who use it.
- Prestige Partners Affiliate Program — an optional affiliate program that allows approved creators to earn commissions on qualified sales.
Customers may participate in SAN Keys, the affiliate program, or both.

What Is a SAN Key?
A SAN Key is a permanent personalized SAN Sound link, such as:
sansound.com/yourname
When someone visits SAN Sound through a SAN Key, they receive a personalized welcome and eligible benefits automatically. A traditional discount code is not required.
SAN Keys can be shared with friends, followers, communities, or audiences.
A SAN Key can be used independently, even if the member does not participate in the affiliate program.
What Benefits Do SAN Keys Provide?
The benefits available through a SAN Key depend on the member’s tier.
Bronze
All members begin at the Bronze tier.
Customers who purchase through the SAN Key receive:
- Free shipping
Silver
Customers who purchase through the SAN Key receive:
- Free shipping
- A complimentary SANSHIELD with purchase
Gold
Customers who purchase through the SAN Key may receive:
- Free shipping
- A complimentary SANSHIELD
- A complimentary SANCAST
- Store credit on the purchased product
Gold members may also receive early access, access to limited editions, and dedicated product allocation.
Silver and Gold status are earned through participation, including orders and new customers generated through the SAN Key.
What Is the Prestige Partners Affiliate Program?
Prestige Partners is SAN Sound’s affiliate program for engaged creators who genuinely connect with the SAN Sound brand and mission.
Approved partners can earn commission by sharing SAN Sound products with their audience through their SAN Key.
Partners maintain creative independence and may promote SAN Sound in a way that feels authentic to their content and audience.
Affiliate participation is optional and is managed through Impact Radius.
How Are Commissions Calculated?
Affiliate partners may earn:
- 10% commission on qualified orders under $200
- 15% commission on qualified orders of $200 or more
Commission rates are the same at every SAN Key tier.
Moving to a higher SAN Key tier improves the benefits available to the partner’s audience but does not change the partner’s commission rate.
What Qualifies for Commission?
Commission is earned on successfully completed qualified sales.
The following transactions are not eligible for commission:
- Cancelled orders
- Refunded orders
- Returned orders
- Chargebacks
- Disputed transactions
- Fraudulent transactions
When and How Are Commissions Paid?
Commissions are generally paid approximately 60 days after a qualified sale is completed.
This waiting period allows time for returns, refunds, disputes, and order adjustments to be processed.
Tracking, tax documentation, payment settings, and payouts are managed through the partner’s Impact Radius dashboard.
Is There a Cost to Join?
No.
SAN Connect, SAN Keys, and the Prestige Partners Affiliate Program are free to join.
Do I Need to Join the Affiliate Program to Receive a SAN Key?
No.
A SAN Key works independently. Members can share their key so their audience receives eligible perks without earning commission.
Members who also want to earn commission can join the affiliate program through Impact Radius. Their SAN Key remains the same.
Can I Join Both SAN Keys and the Affiliate Program?
Yes.
SAN Keys and the affiliate program are designed to work together.
The affiliate program allows the partner to earn commission on qualified sales, while the SAN Key provides benefits and incentives to the people purchasing through the link.
Do Affiliates Receive Discount Codes?
SAN Sound is moving away from traditional creator discount codes.
Creators who want to provide benefits to their audience should apply for a SAN Key. Eligible benefits, such as free shipping, gifts, or store credit, are applied automatically when a customer visits through the creator’s personalized link.
Exclusive access codes may still be provided for specific approved campaigns.
Who Can Apply?
Applicants must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Operate channels containing original work
- Align with SAN Sound’s brand values
- Maintain authentic audience engagement
Strong-fit content categories include:
- Audio
- Gaming
- Technology
- Lifestyle
- Fitness and movement
- Content creation
Applications are evaluated based on content quality, audience relevance, credibility, storytelling, and long-term brand alignment.
Follower count alone does not determine eligibility.
SAN Sound reserves the right to deny or revoke membership involving explicit, violent, discriminatory, illegal, infringing, fraudulent, or misleading content.
What Benefits Do Approved Prestige Partners Receive?
Approved partners may receive:
- A personalized, trackable SAN Key
- A real-time performance dashboard
- Affiliate commission on qualified sales
- Approved logos and brand assets
- Promotional graphics
- Campaign briefs
- Exclusive campaign access codes
- Affiliate support
- Early product announcements and launches
- Event invitations
- Collaboration opportunities with the SAN Sound team
Benefits and opportunities may depend on partner activity, campaign availability, and brand fit.
How Do I Apply?

Applications are reviewed individually, and acceptance is not guaranteed.
During the initial rollout, Discord Level 4 Agents and Soulbound members may receive priority for SAN Keys.
Are Affiliate Disclosures Required?
Yes.
Creators must clearly disclose paid, sponsored, gifted, or affiliate relationships in accordance with applicable advertising and consumer-protection requirements.
SAN Sound may provide an approved disclosure template to participating partners.
