Your wallet may need to be confirmed in SAN STATUS before certain badges are recognized.
5. Can I earn badges through my SAN Key?
Yes. Approved orders placed through an active SAN Key can qualify for recognition badges:
| Badge | Approved orders |
|---|---|
| Connector | 10 |
| Insider | 25 |
| Amplifier | 50 |
| Ambassador | 100 |
These badges recognize SAN Key milestones but do not award additional Status Points.
6. Why do only three badges appear beside my name?
SAN STATUS displays up to three badges beside your name.
The system generally prioritizes your rarest badges.
There is currently no option to manually select which badges are displayed.
7. How does the SAN STATUS leaderboard work?
The overall leaderboard ranks members by:
- Membership tier
- Total Status Points within that tier
For example, a Gold member ranks above a Silver member even if the Silver member has more Status Points.
The leaderboard also includes category-specific rankings.
8. What leaderboard categories are available?
SAN STATUS includes:
- Overall membership ranking
- Top Purchaser
- Top Collector
- Top Community
- Top Contributor
- Most Avatars
- Most SAN Origins
Category leaderboards reflect qualifying activity or holdings.
Rankings are updated approximately every hour.
9. Who can appear on the leaderboard?
Members who have signed in to SAN STATUS may appear on the leaderboard.
New members may need to wait until the next ranking update.
Some category leaderboards require qualifying points or holdings before a member can appear.
10. What information can other members see?
If your profile is visible, other members may see:
- Your display name
- Your profile picture or initials
- Up to three badges
- Your membership tier
- Your Status Points total on the overall leaderboard
Your email address, order count, purchase spending, wallet addresses and Discord handle are not displayed.
11. How do I hide my profile from the leaderboard?

12. How do I change my display name?

- Enter your preferred display name.
- Select SAVE.
Display names can contain up to 32 characters.
If you do not set a display name, SAN STATUS may use your first name and last initial or display SAN Member.
13. Can I use my Soundscape Avatar as my profile picture?
Yes, if you hold an eligible Soundscape Avatar in a wallet associated with your account.
Select USE AS PROFILE PICTURE from the available avatar options.
Please be aware that avatar artwork is publicly visible on-chain and may be associated with the wallet holding it.
14. Why am I missing from the leaderboard?
Possible reasons include:
- Your account has not yet been included in the next hourly update.
- You selected Hide me.
- You do not have qualifying points for a particular category.
- The required digital collectible is not associated with your membership.
