Connect your SAN Discord account and eligible digital collectibles to ensure your membership reflects your qualifying activity and holdings.
1. How do I connect my Discord account?
- Visit SAN STATUS.
- Sign in to your membership account.
-
Select CONNECT DISCORD below your membership card.
Alternatively, go to ACCOUNT > DISCORD > CONNECT.
- Sign in to your Discord account and complete the authorization process.
- Return to SAN STATUS.
If prompted to join the SAN Discord server, select JOIN SERVER.
2. Why should I connect Discord?
Your verified SAN Discord level contributes to the Community category of SAN STATUS.
Connecting your account also allows SAN STATUS to recognize eligible Discord achievements.
For example, a connected Discord account at Agent level 15 can qualify you for a minimum Silver membership tier.
3. What are the SAN Discord levels and roles?
| Role | Required level |
|---|---|
| Novice | 1 |
| Researcher | 5 |
| Analyst | 10 |
| Agent | 15 |
Discord roles also provide community benefits.
For example, Researcher includes giveaway access and custom emojis, Analyst includes monthly giveaway access and a custom color role, and Agent includes weekly video updates in Discord.
Visit the SAN Discord to participate.
4. Can I connect the same Discord account to multiple SAN accounts?
No. Each Discord account can be linked to only one SAN account.
If you receive a message indicating that your Discord account is already linked to another member, please contact SAN Support.
5. Do I need a crypto wallet to use SAN STATUS?
No. You can join and use SAN STATUS with only your email address.
A wallet is relevant if you own eligible digital collectibles, such as Soundscape Avatars or SAN Origins.
SAN STATUS does not require you to connect your wallet, sign a wallet transaction or transfer assets.
6. How do I add a wallet to SAN STATUS?
- Sign in to SAN STATUS.
- Open ACCOUNT.
- Go to WALLETS.
- Enter your complete wallet address.
- Select ADD WALLET.
If the wallet matches SAN's existing records, its eligible holdings may be recognized immediately.
Other wallet submissions may require review by the SAN team, usually within a day.
You can add multiple eligible wallets to your profile.
7. What does "From SAN records" mean?
This label indicates that SAN has already associated the wallet with your membership email through existing records.
Eligible holdings from these wallets can contribute to your membership.
8. What does "IT'S MINE" mean?
IT'S MINE allows you to confirm that a wallet associated with your membership belongs to you.
Confirming an eligible wallet is necessary for certain soulbound SAN Origin benefits, including tier recognition and related badges.
9. Where can I view my Soundscape Avatars and SAN Origins?
Open the ON-CHAIN area of your SAN STATUS page.
Depending on your holdings, this section may display:
- Soundscape Avatars
- Avatar VOLUME and FREQUENCY
- Bound avatar accessories
- SAN Origins
- SANGA
- Eligible on-chain SANWEAR
10. How do I bind accessories to my Soundscape Avatar?
Accessory binding takes place in the LOADOUT LOCKER, not directly within SAN STATUS.
Binding an accessory to an avatar is permanent. The wallet token is burned and the accessory becomes bound to the selected avatar.
Make sure you understand the action before confirming it.
11. What benefits do Soundscape Avatar and SAN Origin holders receive?
Eligible holders may see additional benefits on their SAN STATUS page.
These can include:
- Avatar accessory drops
- Community votes
- Special-edition access slots
- Holder-specific experiences or offers
Individual benefits may display statuses such as Delivered, Ongoing, Coming soon, Future or Locked.
Availability and eligibility depend on the specific benefit.
12. Can I remove a wallet from my account?
Wallet removal is not currently available directly within SAN STATUS.
If you need a wallet removed from your membership, please contact SAN Support.
13. Are my wallet addresses visible to other members?
Wallet addresses are not displayed publicly on SAN STATUS leaderboards.
Your wallet addresses appear in shortened form within your account settings.
If you choose to display a Soundscape Avatar as your profile picture, its publicly available on-chain information may allow others to identify the wallet holding it.
14. My digital collectibles are not appearing. What should I do?
- Confirm that you are signed in with the correct email address.
- Open ACCOUNT > WALLETS.
- Check whether the wallet holding your digital collectible is listed.
- Add the wallet if necessary.
- If available, select IT'S MINE to confirm ownership.
- Allow time for eligible holdings to synchronize.
If your items still do not appear, please contact SAN Sound Support.
