Learn how to earn rewards, complete daily missions, collect accessories and customize your fighters.
1. What are daily missions?
Daily missions are challenges available to signed-in SUNCORE SLAM players.
Each day, you receive three missions:
| Mission | Reward |
|---|---|
| EASY | 50 PLAYER LEVEL XP |
| SKILL | 75 PLAYER LEVEL XP |
| CHALLENGE | 100 PLAYER LEVEL XP |
Each mission can be completed once per day.
Mission XP is awarded in addition to eligible fight XP.
2. Where can I find daily missions?
You can find your missions through:
- MENU > DAILY MISSIONS
- DAILY on the game screen
- The DAILY tab within PLAYER LEVEL
Your three missions become available with your first fight of the day.
3. When do daily missions reset?
Daily missions reset at 00:00 UTC.
The PLAYER LEVEL screen displays the reset time in your local time zone.
You can also check the NEW IN countdown in MENU.
4. What kinds of daily missions are available?
Daily missions may include challenges such as:
EASY
- Complete three fights.
- Win two fights.
- Hold THE DEN.
SKILL
- Score three points at FULL SPEED.
- Complete a rally with ten catches.
CHALLENGE
- Win without losing a point.
- Defeat a FOLDBACK phase.
Missions are based on content you have already unlocked.
5. Can I change or reroll a daily mission?
No.
Daily missions cannot be rerolled.
Your missions are shared across devices when you use the same account.
They are also designed not to repeat the previous day's missions.
6. Do online matches count toward daily missions?
No.
Daily mission progress comes from eligible campaign fights verified by SAN's server.
Quick Match, Private Duel and Ranked matches do not count toward daily missions.
7. Do daily missions earn SAN STATUS Points?
No.
Daily missions award PLAYER LEVEL XP only.
They do not award SAN STATUS Status Points, game leaderboard points, SAN Keys or on-chain items.
8. What are accessories or pieces?
Pieces are items used to customize your fighter.
Examples include:
- Hats
- Glasses
- Clothing
- Masks
- Backwear
- Other SAN accessories
Pieces change your fighter's appearance and sound.
Some also provide abilities that can be equipped for combat.
9. How do I get more pieces?
You can earn pieces through:
- Campaign progression
- Defeating Wardens
- Completing land trials
- Rewards along the Road
- Signal Packs
- PLAYER LEVEL rewards
Eligible on-chain accessories associated with your SAN account can also be worn by supported Soundscape Avatar fighters.
10. What is the LOCKER?
The LOCKER is where you manage your fighter's accessories.
Open LOCKER on the game screen.
It includes three main areas:
WARDROBE
Customize your fighter's appearance.
IN FIGHT
Manage pieces that provide abilities used during fights.
FITS
Save up to six outfit and equipment builds per fighter.
You can also filter pieces using ALL, YOURS and PREVIEW.
11. What is the difference between WEAR and USE IN FIGHT?
WEAR changes your fighter's appearance.
TAKE OFF removes a piece from your appearance.
USE IN FIGHT equips the piece's combat ability and also wears it.
STOP USING removes the ability from your combat loadout.
12. Can I preview accessories I don't own?
Yes.
Use PREVIEW in the LOCKER to try on eligible pieces you do not own.
Previewed pieces cannot be saved or used in fights.
Select UNDO or BACK TO MY LOOK to return to your previous appearance.
13. What are Signal Packs?
Signal Packs contain three accessory pieces.
They are earned through gameplay and cannot be purchased.
You may receive Signal Packs for achievements such as:
- Holding THE DEN for the first time
- Defeating all three challengers in a land
- Defeating a Warden
- Clearing FOLDBACK
- Clearing THE GAUNTLET
- Completing the week's three Road at Night challenges
Some PLAYER LEVEL milestones also award special packs.
An ordinary fight victory awards XP rather than automatically providing a Signal Pack.
14. What is the difference between a Signal Pack and SIGNAL PACK+?
Both contain three pieces.
A standard Signal Pack can contain pieces of different rarities.
A SIGNAL PACK+ guarantees that its first piece is RARE or better.
15. What are the Signal Pack rarity odds?
For a standard Signal Pack, each piece has the following rarity probabilities:
| Rarity | Chance |
|---|---|
| COMMON | 52% |
| UNCOMMON | 30% |
| RARE | 13% |
| EPIC | 4% |
| LEGENDARY | 1% |
For the first piece in SIGNAL PACK+:
| Rarity | Chance |
|---|---|
| RARE | 76% |
| EPIC | 19% |
| LEGENDARY | 5% |
You can also review the odds through SIGNAL PACK ODDS in the game.
16. Is there protection against repeatedly receiving common pieces?
Yes.
After nine packs without receiving a RARE piece, the next pack begins with a RARE or better piece.
Your first pack also fills an empty equipment slot on your fighter.
17. How do I open a Signal Pack?
- Select PACK on the game screen.
- Choose OPEN PACK.
- View your three pieces.
You can also select LATER to keep the pack unopened.
The contents are determined when the pack is earned, so opening it later does not change the rewards.
18. What happens if I receive a duplicate piece?
Duplicate pieces convert into item XP for the piece you already own.
The amount depends on rarity:
| Rarity | Duplicate item XP |
|---|---|
| COMMON | 10 |
| UNCOMMON | 15 |
| RARE | 25 |
| EPIC | 40 |
| LEGENDARY | 60 |
The reward card displays DUPLICATE and the item XP awarded.
19. What are item XP and finishes?
Each accessory has its own item XP.
As it gains XP, it can unlock different visual finishes.
| Finish | Required item XP |
|---|---|
| BRONZE | 40 |
| SILVER | 120 |
| GOLD | 280 |
| DIAMOND | 520 |
| HOLOGRAPHIC | 900 |
Item XP comes from using and wearing pieces during eligible fights, activating abilities, winning and receiving duplicates.
Finishes change how a piece looks and sounds. They do not increase its combat strength.
20. What are PLAYER LEVEL milestone rewards?
Every fifth PLAYER LEVEL provides a named reward.
| Level | Reward |
|---|---|
| 5 | IEM |
| 10 | GOLD PACK |
| 15 | DISC |
| 20 | LEGENDARY PACK |
| 25 | BOOM |
| 30 | GOLD PACK |
| 35 | CYCLOPS |
| 40 | LEGENDARY PACK |
| 45 | RED NINJA |
| 50 | MECHA ARMS |
Other levels from 2 through 49 award an accessory selected for your account.
21. What is MECHA ARMS?
MECHA ARMS is a LEGENDARY backwear piece awarded to players who reach PLAYER LEVEL 50.
It can only be earned through gameplay and does not appear in Signal Packs.
Before unlocking it, you can preview it using TRY IT ON.
22. Are rare pieces stronger than common pieces?
No.
Rarity and finishes do not increase the strength of a piece.
FIGHTER LEVEL unlocks additional ability and perk slots, but not raw combat strength.
23. Can I sell, trade or cash out game pieces?
No.
Pieces earned through SUNCORE SLAM remain within the game.
They cannot be sold, traded, transferred to a wallet or exchanged for money.
24. Why do my wallet accessories show PREVIEW ONLY?
Wallet-held accessories are wearable on eligible SAN Soundscape Avatars, not on the five free fighters.
When using a free fighter, those accessories appear as PREVIEW ONLY.
Switch to your eligible SAN avatar to use its supported accessories.
25. Where can I get help?
For questions about missing rewards, packs or accessories, contact the SAN Sound Help Center or visit the SAN Discord.
