Learn how to sign in, save your progress, switch devices and resolve common SUNCORE SLAM issues.
1. How do I sign in to SUNCORE SLAM?
- Open SUNCORE SLAM.
- Select MENU.
- Open ACCOUNT.
- Select SIGN IN WITH YOUR EMAIL.
- Enter your email address.
- Select SEND CODE.
- Enter the six-digit verification code sent to your email.
The code is sent from status@sansound.com and expires after one hour.
No password or crypto wallet is required.
SUNCORE SLAM and SAN STATUS use the same email-based account.
2. Why should I sign in?
Signing in allows you to:
- Save progress to your SAN account.
- Continue playing on different devices.
- Access Ranked matches.
- Unlock PLAYER LEVEL rewards.
- Complete daily missions.
- Use eligible Soundscape Avatars as fighters.
- Keep verified online records associated with your account.
You can still play as a guest without signing in.
3. How does SUNCORE SLAM save my progress?
SUNCORE SLAM automatically saves progress in your browser as you play.
When signed in, a copy of your progress is also synchronized to SAN's server.
Synchronization usually occurs a few seconds after saving, rather than during an active fight.
The game also synchronizes when you sign in, return to the tab or reconnect.
You can view the latest synchronization information under ACCOUNT.
4. How do I continue playing on another device?
- Open SUNCORE SLAM on your second device.
- Sign in using the same SAN account email.
- Open MENU > ACCOUNT.
- Select SYNC NOW if necessary.
Your account's saved progress can then be synchronized.
Guest progress stays in the browser and device where it was created.
5. What happens to my guest progress when I sign in?
Your existing guest progress can be combined with your SAN account.
If the account has no previous progress, the current device's guest progress becomes the account's progress.
If both contain progress, each fighter keeps the record that progressed further, while eligible pieces, finishes and item XP from both are retained.
Verified guest online activity can also join your account, with eligible PLAYER LEVEL XP counted once.
6. How do I back up my saved progress?
SUNCORE SLAM provides manual save options.
- Open MENU.
- Select SAVE / LOAD.
- Find KEEP A COPY.
- Choose COPY to copy your save as text, or DOWNLOAD FILE to save a file.
To restore a saved copy, use BRING A SAVE IN.
Your previous save is retained one step back when importing another save.
7. How do I start a new game?
Open:
MENU > NEW GAME
This restarts every fighter on the current device.
The action cannot be undone.
If you may want your previous progress later, create a backup through SAVE / LOAD before starting over.
8. What happens when I sign out?
Your locally saved progress remains on the device.
The game continues in guest mode.
Your eligible SAN Soundscape Avatars disappear from the fighter list until you sign back in.
9. Can multiple people play on the same device?
Using separate browsers or devices is recommended.
Progress saved in one browser can follow whoever signs in there.
If another person signs in using the same browser, the local progress may be added to their account.
To keep progress separate, each player should use their own browser or device.
10. Can I play with multiple tabs open?
It is best to play SUNCORE SLAM in one browser tab at a time.
If the game is open in multiple tabs, the last tab to save can overwrite progress saved by another tab.
Close duplicate tabs before continuing.
11. Will private browsing save my progress?
Guest progress may not be retained after closing a private browsing session.
Similarly, clearing browser site data can erase locally saved guest progress.
To protect your progress, sign in to your SAN account or create a backup using SAVE / LOAD.
12. SUNCORE SLAM won't load. What should I do?
Try the following:
- Check your internet connection.
- Reload the page.
- Make sure JavaScript is enabled.

13. Something stopped working during gameplay.
If a button stops responding or the game displays an error:
- Try the action again.
- Reload the page if necessary.
- Check your internet connection.
- Return to the game after reconnecting.
Some music or artwork may wait until your connection is restored.
If the issue continues, report it to SAN Support.
14. I can't hear any game audio.
Browsers generally require a user interaction before allowing audio playback.
Try these steps:
- Select PLAY or CONTINUE.
- Open MENU > SETTINGS.
- Check MUSIC, FIGHT SOUND and EFFECTS.
- Confirm that your headphones or speakers are connected and working.
- If using wireless headphones, try SOUND TIMING calibration.
Music is intentionally quiet during fights.
If your browser cannot play sound, you can still play using the visual signals displayed on screen.
15. My game progress is missing.
First, check whether you are using the correct fighter.
Each fighter keeps their own campaign progress.
Open MENU > CHANGE FIGHTER and review your available fighters.
If you are playing as a guest, remember that progress is saved only in the browser where you played.
If you previously signed in:
- Sign in with the same SAN account.
- Open ACCOUNT.
- Select SYNC NOW.
- Check your fighters again.
If your progress remains missing, please contact SAN Support.
16. What if my saved progress cannot be read?

To attempt recovery:
- Open MENU.
- Select SAVE / LOAD.
- Find A SAVE THAT COULDN'T BE READ.
- Select TRY TO LOAD IT.
If recovery is unsuccessful, contact SAN Support.

Soundscape Avatars are recognized through the wallets associated with your SAN STATUS membership.
To check:

- Open SAN STATUS.
- Go to ACCOUNT > WALLETS.
- Confirm that the wallet holding your avatar is listed.
- Add or confirm the wallet if necessary.
- Return to SUNCORE SLAM and check CHOOSE YOUR FIGHTER.
If the game cannot check your avatars, it will try again when you next open the fighter list.
20. I can't connect to online matches.
